  • Meghan has been a coach and mentor for over 15 years. This includes executive and leadership coaching in a corporate (private sector) and public sector environments, in addition to high performance equestrian sports coaching. She is particularly passionate about coaching and mentoring for people & culture (HR) professionals and emerging leaders new to management roles.

  • A senior People & Culture leader with experience across the private and public sectors, Meghan brings strong experience in leadership and strategy development, with a particular focus on the nuances of negotiation, influence and relationship management in an organisational context. With a range of local government clients and having previously been employed as the People & Capability Director for Queenstown Lakes District Council, Meghan understands well the complexities of the public sector environment in New Zealand.

    She has also worked in the private sector across a number of hotel brands, including Hilton Worldwide and with a range of NZ based businesses across a range of sectors. She has led and been involved in a number of significant change and transformation programmes, and understands the challenges and psychology of change from both sides of the table. She is passionate about supporting clients to find their own way through change, including through a focus on wellbeing. Wellbeing in leadership is a particular area of interest and experience.

  • Meghan’s coaching style is clear and focused in supporting clients to establish their big-picture goals and the steps required to get there. With a focus on mindset and authenticity as fundamentals of leadership, she works with clients to identify their hone their leadership style in order to support their personal and career aspirations.

    Understanding that the path is never linear, she creates a safe environment and partners with clients to work with them in a relaxed and open style, to support the achievement of their goals. Her focus is always to support clients to find the right balance for them, and establish their own authentic style.

  • A former Chair and Trustee for Life Education Trust in Heartland Otago Southland, Meghan is very interested in governance roles in support of education, leadership and wellness organisations in Aotearoa.

    A keen lifestyle blocker based in Central Otago, her happy place is in the hills with her friends and huntaway dogs. She enjoys outdoor activities and a range of outdoor sports, in addition to wine, food and travel.
